The Faculty of Education, Social Sciences and Psychology, University of Pitesti (Romania) implements in the period 2017 and 2019 three ERASMUS+ Projects on improving staff training, leadership skills among teachers of secondary schools and entrepreneurial culture in primary and secondary schools across Europe.

- “Train the provider” is focusing on improving staff training through adult learning activities based on the exchange of best practices and benchmarking of staff training programs, together with Niedersächsischer Bund für freie Erwachsenenbildung e. V. (NBEB – Germany), Epistimoniki Enosi Ekpedefsis Enilikon (HAEA – Greece) and Folkeuniversitetet Øst (FUØST – Norway);
- “Fostering Leadership Development Among Teachers” which will develop methodologies and materials to improve leadership skills among teachers of secondary schools (students 14-18), together with Fo.Ri.Um. Sc (Italy), Istituto Tecnico Statale CARLO CATTANEO (Italy), Giunti Psychometrics Srl (Italy), Spoleczna Akademia Nauk (Poland), Colegiul Economic Maria Teiuleanu (Romania), Lyceum Akademickie Akademickiego Centrum Edukacyjnego San W Lodzi (Poland), Experimental High School Of Mytilene Of The University Of The Aegean (Greece). The main activities:
- Online diagnostic tool for assessment of leadership in teachers
- Face to face course for developing leadership in teachers
- E-course for developing leadership in teachers
- “EN.GA.G.E.” (ENtrepreneurial GAmes for Growing Europeans) which promotes entrepreneurial culture in primary and secondary schools across Europe with the help of digital games. The main activities:
- Study/research on game-based entrepreneurial learning methodologies across Europe
- Workshops for teachers (not only addressed to the teachers of the Schools directly involved in the project, but also to Beneficiaries (Primary/secondary teachers) of ERASMUS+ KA1 grant for school staff mobility
- Organization of an International Conference-contest for the award of the most adaptable entrepreneurial game-based practice in primary/Secondary education
- Multiplier events in Partner Countries (Italy, Greece, France, Romania)
- Design, realization and test of two EN.GA.G.E. digital games for entrepreneurial education (Primary/Secondary schools)
