As we celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8), the Gender Equality Task Force for Lifelong Learning—an initiative by EfVET, EARLALL, and EAEA—is taking action to promote gender-balanced participation in education, training, and the labour market.

To drive change, the Task Force has compiled exemplary practices from its European members, highlighting innovative strategies that advance gender equality in digital education, skills development, and employment.

By integrating a gender perspective into EU policies, we can challenge stereotypes, ensure equal access to opportunities, and create a more inclusive future for all.
