Eurosuccess Consulting: Contributing towards Quality Education and Sustainable Economic Growth
With a broad expertise in the project management sector, Eurosuccess Consulting has been participating in numerous European and National funded projects that embrace the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, contributing to their design, development, and training provision. Two of these projects – “GLAD – Guidance and Learning App for Adult Digital Education” and “WIN on-line: Women In ActioN” – are financed by the Erasmus+ programme, and aim to provide high quality educational opportunities and foster societal and economic growth. Their implementation began in 2019 and will last until 2021. Below you can find more information about the two projects.
GLAD: Guidance and Learning App for Adult Digital Education
The GLAD project aims to empower adults and adult carers regarding the digital education of children, by creating a training pattern for parents that focuses on the relation between parents and children in digital technology usage. The project will create an app to provide suggested educational materials, share practices, and ready-to-go answers to everyday life situations.
Main Outcomes of the project:
- A Theoretical framework embedding digital education to educational mediation strategies;
- Two handbooks, one for adult carers/educators and one for adults;
- An innovative and unique gamified app for adults to give on-going guidance on different themes and questions.
The project will contribute to the current situation in Europe, bringing to better equipping in digital education educators/adult carers and improving the digital literacy of adults and parents to ameliorate their influence on child development. The project is a product of strategic partnership of organizations from 5 European countries – Italy, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, and Romania.

The KA2 Erasmus+ “WIN on-line: Women In ActioN” project on adult education for personal and professional development aims to empower women e-entrepreneurship, with special focus on unemployed women over 40 years old who are facing difficulties to enter or re-enter the labour market and want to become e-entrepreneurs.
The project will focus and support the individualised needs of women, by helping them to create their e-business according to their needs, priorities and capacity.
Main Outcomes of the project:
- A compendium of existing innovative and effective practices and tools for women e-entrepreneurship;
- On-line training for women e- entrepreneurs;
- Mentoring sessions to support women to be entrepreneurs;
- A video that aims to elevate the status of women e-entrepreneurship.
