D-Care Final Transnational Project Meeting in Greece
The D-Care project, which EfVET has a partnership with, is ending shortly. On the 20th and 21st of June 2022, the final Transnational Project Meeting was held in Patras (Greece). Most of the partners were able to attend the meeting in-person, while two of them did it online, as is the case of EfVET.
During the one and a half day long meeting, partners had the opportunity to discuss the next steps before the end of the project. Starting from the status of the project, both AUSER (IT) – coordinator of the project – and P-consulting (EL) – partner and host of the meeting – presented the results and deliverables of the different Intellectual Outputs (as of now, IO). For each of the IOs, the partners also discussed whether there were any pending tasks to be completed.
EfVET, as the leader of the “Dissemination and Communication Strategy”, presented the status of the dissemination plan as well as the exploitation plan. With the collection of all the results and input from other partners, EfVET will elaborate the final Dissemination and Exploitation of the Results reports. Another relevant aspect highlighted during the meeting was the one regarding the Sustainability Plan, for which partners will provide their contributions for the finalization of the report.
Newsletters were another aspect discussed by partners during this meeting, as the 4th and 5th newsletters will be published soon. In addition, some partners informed that they will be holding a series of Multiplier Events in their corresponding countries between the 28th and the 29th of June 2022.
During the second day of the meeting, besides discussions about Management and Financial issues, participants focused on the Final Report of the D-Care project. The template for the report was presented and afterwards, partners agreed on what the next steps are to make the report and finalise the project.
The Final Transnational Project Meeting of D-Care was a great occasion for partners to meet again and many fruitful results were accomplished in the course of the meeting.
