DG Regio study on partnership principle 2014-2020

Dear Member – EfVET members have been invited by DG Regional and Urban policy to identify the level of involvement different stakeholders have been actively engaged in the development of European Structural Funding Strategies at regional or national level.  This relates to all ESI funding (ESF/ERDF and others where National or regional authorities prepare and access funding.  Please take a look at the survey as per the invitation above – if you feel you can contribute, or indeed if these activities have ignored key stakeholders such as yourselves – then please complete the survey and return as instructions.

Warm regards
Peter Hodgson
President, EfVET

The Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission has commissioned a study to provide evidence on how the partnership principle and multi-level governance have been established during the programming phase for the 2014-2020 ESI Funds.

One step in this analysis is a multi-lingual online survey gathering overall information on who has been involved, how partners have been involved and what are the main benefits and challenges of the partnership involvement. The aim of the survey is collect insights from different stakeholders and establish a first picture of the implementation of the partnership principle. The study does NOT evaluate or assess single programmes.

The survey is currently available in 22 languages at:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/partnershipprinciple

Please, fill in the survey by 23 March 2015, if you have been involved in the partnership concerning the programming of an ERDF funded programme for the 2014-2020 period. You may also forward this e-mail to colleagues yours who have been involved in relevant partnership processes.
