Team building activities are of major importance when it comes to creating a strong team by forming bonds and connections, while increasing communication and collaboration.

Aware of the importance of team building, EfVET promoted a set of activities, gathering EfVET Executive Director, Paolo Nardi, Valentina Chanina and Susana Nogueira in Bucharest (RO).

There, they had the opportunity to attend the final conference of Team2Share project and engage in many other activities that allowed them to know each other better and to strengthen relationships for an improved collaborative working environment, so important for EfVET culture.

This was definitely an enrichening experience for them!
