ENhance Researcher’s and HEI staff skills and competences

Eurosuccess Consulting coordinates the European project “ENhance Researcher’s and HEI staff skills and competences” – ENREAC-HEI, an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the EU with the main aim to reinforce the development of research and open science skills. The project started on 01/12/2018 and will conclude on 30/11/2020.

What is the ENREAC-HEI project about?

The ENREAC-HEI project aims to develop and test a set of MOOC courses on Research skills and Open Science practices, addressed to Higher Education students to increase their skills and competences in research management, open science techniques, collaboration and teamwork.

What are the objectives of this project?

The main objectives of the project are to:

  • Increase the knowledge on current Open Science Practices and Research skills of the project participants
  • Enlarge the partners’ training offer in the area
  • Foster HEI’s capacity for collaboration with other institutions
  • Boost the usability – relevance – adequacy – sustainability of the program by engaging and sharing ownership with relevant actors, experts and stakeholders at local and regional level

Who can benefit from the ENREAC-HEI project?

HEI students involved in the project through the partner organisations or other local organisations that will gain valuable knowledge and skills.

HEI educators, professionals belonging to the partners’ institutions and local associates, research institutions and entities working with the target groups or any other relevant local, regional and national stakeholders.

The consortium

The European dimension of the ENREAC-HEI project is ensured through a diverse consortium of partners from five European countries: Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting- Project Coordinator and European University Cyprus), Italy (Associazione PROGETTO MARCONI), Poland (OIC Poland Foundation), Portugal (Instituto Politecnico de Santarem) and Bulgaria (Varna Free University).
