- Commission decision of 10 September 2010 adopting the Annual Work Programme on grants and contracts concerning the European Year of Volunteering for 2011.The European Commission has adopted the annual work programme on grants and contracts concerning the European Year of volunteering 2011. The work programme is adopted as the annual work programme serving as the financing decision for the year 2011 for the grants and contracts relating to the European Year of Volunteering 2011, for a total budget of EUR 8.000.000.
