In-Di: A project to improve diversity management to promote inclusion in VET

In-Di is an Erasmus+ KA2 project, coordinated by Vysocina Education (CZ), aimed to work, from different perspectives, on how to support students’ wellbeing in vocational schools to keep them engaged and motivated with learning.

The project started in March 2022 and after a kick-off meeting in Jihlava (Czech Republic) a second transnational meeting was held in Turin (Italy), where we created a questionnaire to collect feedback from students to help us to help them, gathering results about how to support them with stress management, how can we improve the school and class atmosphere or how can we support them from an academic and emotional point of view.

HETEL, counting with the cooperation of its associated school, Ángeles Custodios, will host the next project meeting at the end of September in Bilbao, where we will analyse and compare the results obtained with the mentioned questionnaire in each of the schools participating in the project, from France, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Basque Country and Latvia.

The report with the conclusions will be made public at the end of 2022 and we will be glad to share it with our colleagues from EfVET!
