As Policy & Project Officer, Susana Nogueira participates in the formulation of EfVET policy and strategy with respect to relevant topics for VET, whilst networking with EfVET Thematic Teams’ groups to contribute to EU decision-making in relevant fields. Moreover, Susana manages some of the Erasmus+ funded projects in which EfVET is involved focused on topics such as digital and green transitions, development of technical and transversal skills through formal, non formal and informal learning and Industry 4.0.

Susana is Portuguese, lives in Lisbon and has a graduation degree in Psychology. She works in Project Management since 2016, having been involved in several Erasmus+ funded projects focused on the capacitation of teachers and trainers for the use of innovative pedagogical approaches to training and on the skills development, in line with EU policies and strategies for VET.
