Taavi Tuisk has more than 15 years of working experience in VET. He graduated Tartu University in political science in 2001. After a career in Estonian Armed Forces public and media relations field he worked briefly as a journalist.

Since 2008 he has been public relations manager of Kuressaare Ametikool, a VET provider at Saaremaa, the biggest island of Estonia.

He has been engaged in wide array of communication activities including public relations, social media, marketing campaigns etc.

In addition to that he has been teaching national defence, internet marketing and business ethics topics to both adolescents and adults.

Over the years he has contributed to the internationalization activities in several projects co-funded by Erasmus+ and other regional programs.

Since 2023 he is a member of the executive board of the Estonian Vocational Education Promotion Association, the main NGO in Estonia operating in the public interest with the purpose of promoting and developing vocational education.
