Summary: The project addresses the needs of people with functional diversity to promote universal accessibility within the tourism sector. It builds on the experience in San Sebastian of creating an accessible city. It aims to ensure training and development of professionals, employees and enterprises.
Comments: Based on research findings, a learning package will be developed to improve the skills and knowledge of those working in the tourism sector.
