Thirty-one projects have been selected for this year’s Dualiza call

The 4th edition of Ayudas Dualiza call, organised by FPEmpresa VET Schools Association and the Bankia Foundation for Dual Training, already has its winning projects. A total of 31 projects dealing with innovation and designed in collaboration between VET centres and companies have been selected. These projects cover 14 out of the 17 autonomous regions in Spain and have been granted €408,000 for their development.

The associated VET schools of FPEmpresa that have had their projects approved are: Institut Bonanova, INS Joan Brossa, CIFP César Manrique, Salesianos Deusto, CIFP Aguas Nuevas, IES Almina, CIFP Las Indias, Nazaret Fundazioa, EFA Molino De Viento, IES Almussafes, IES Sanje, IES Antonio José Cavanilles, IES Fernando Blanco, IES Politécnico, CISER Centro Integrado Superior Energías Renovables, CIFP Felipe VI and Centro Sagrado Corazón.

This year’s edition included a new category: networking projects. This new category was aimed at rewarding collaboration among schools. It is worth mentioning that the response received was very positive: one out of four selected projects fell within this category.

FPEmpresa and Dualiza Bankia would like to express their most sincere gratitude to the more than one hundred schools that have participated in this year’s call. Both institutions are well aware that the unusual current situation has had a great impact on the daily activity of the schools. We thank them all for their efforts to continue innovating and to continue moving forward in the field of Vocational and Educational Training.

When it came to evaluating the projects, the committee took into consideration a series of key aspects, such as innovation, degree of collaboration among schools, social impact, diversity of participating agents, communication and coordination mechanisms, durability to provide long-term results and capacity to be transferable and to communicate the goals achieved.

FPEmpresa’s president, Luis García Domínguez, highlighted that our Association is very proud of all the schools that, despite this complex situation we are going through, have maintained the innovation spirit untouched and have presented these projects to this year’s call. Furthermore, he is convinced that “Vocational and Educational Training will always keep going forward”.

For his part, Juan Carlos Lauder, director of Bankia Foundation for Dual Training, wanted to thank every professional involved in this year’s edition for their outstanding work in favour of VET in Spain. He also expressed his gratitude towards those who trusted this Ayudas Dualiza call once more by presenting their projects, knowing that, given the current circumstances, it surely wasn’t an easy task.
