V2V-AL Capacity Building Project
The first kick-off meeting of the new V2V-AL Capacity Building project was held at Apro Formazione in Alba (Italy) and has brought together 5 partners.
V2V-AL project is a country-specific project that aims to increase VET attractiveness and performance in Albania, through internalisation and mobility. V2V-AL project will develop customised and effective internationalisation strategies and modernise the offer of vocational institutions through a capacity building process focused on twinning between Albanian and Programme VET providers.
V2V-AL project will promote and improve VET internationalisation, dual system/WBL, skills development and employability, and contribute to more secured current and future jobs. The general objectives of the project are therefore to improve the perception of VET as a gateway to labour market, thus to increase VET enrolment in Albania.
The first meeting focused on setting the main concepts, as well as the working package, sustainability and dissemination.
Overall, this meeting allowed EfVET staff members to meet our Albanian partners in person #KAMZA, #HOTELERI, Albanian Skills -National Association for Skills Competitions and BuildGreenGroup NGO.
