AI literacy in Small and Medium Enterprises
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping industries, unlocking new opportunities for businesses of all sizes. While large corporations have the resources to adopt and integrate AI-driven solutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often struggle to keep pace. Employees without a technical background frequently view AI as complex and inaccessible, making it difficult for businesses to leverage its full potential.
The project’s primary goal is to bridge the gap between AI technology and SME employees by breaking down complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand knowledge.
It focuses on:
- Demystifying AI – Breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical knowledge that anyone can grasp. Building Confidence – Helping employees feel comfortable using AI tools in their daily work. Enhancing Productivity – Showing how AI can streamline processes, save time, and improve decision-making. Supporting Educators and Trainers – Providing them with the tools to teach AI literacy effectively.
- Beyond benefiting employees, the project also supports educators, trainers, and vocational teachers by providing them with the tools and resources needed to effectively teach AI literacy. This ensures that AI knowledge is not only learned but also widely disseminated within SMEs and vocational education programs, creating a lasting impact on the workforce.
