Eco-innovation in the job market for VET students
The ECO-JOBS project aims to better prepare students in VET for a rapidly evolving labour market shaped by the ecological transition. It is a proactive response to this need, focusing on educational and training solutions that reflect the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
The project offers comprehensive training pathways, including upskilling teachers in green competences and introducing students to ten innovative job profiles inspired by sustainability, inclusion, and aesthetics.
A key feature of ECO-JOBS is its use of a virtual learning environment, where students engage in business simulations based on the ten job profiles. This digital platform encourages collaboration across countries, enabling learners to immerse themselves in the green economy, exchange best practices, and strengthen their practical skills in a real-world context.
