EfVET at the DARYA Summer School on Vocational Excellence

EfVET participated in the DARYA project’s Summer School on Vocational Excellence organised by the European Training Foundation (ETF) in Issyk-Kul Lake in Kyrgyzstan, welcoming more than 100 VET experts – including educators, trainers, policymakers, and leaders – from 6 Central Asian countries, alongside key partners such as EVTA and Bantani Education.

Our Executive Director, Paolo Nardi, was pleased to join and work closely with other VET providers and key partners such as the Secretary General of EVTA Giula Meschino.

The project promotes building local and sectorial skills ecosystems aligned with the labour market and societal needs, presenting concepts such as the Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), a priority for VET innovation. Tools that help achieve this goal were presented during the DARYA Summer School, such as ISATCOVE and SCAFFOOLD (a gamified tool to support educators in designing learning activities).

A warm thank you to all participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. This event highlights EfVET’s commitment to Vocational Excellence and Global VET cooperation, collecting impactful insights and continuing to support innovation in the VET system.
