Jaime Rivas, originally from Spain, is based in Brussels, where he works as Communications Officer at EfVET. He first joined the organisation in January 2025 for a six-month internship, which was renewed in July for a further six months before transitioning into his current role in January 2026. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations by the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). Prior to this, he completed a three-month internship as a Graphic Designer in a local Advertising Agency in Bilbao. At EfVET, his duties include supporting the Communication Team by assisting in graphic design, social media management, and other specific topics. His role consolidates his professional development, enabling him to contribute strategically while continuing to expand his expertise in European-level communications.
