The EfVET Youth Conference 2025 once again brought together young learners from across Europe to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and contribute their perspectives to the future of vocational education and training.
Building on the success of the 2024 edition in the Netherlands, this year’s Youth Conference took place alongside the EfVET Annual Conference in Fátima, Portugal, under the common theme “Wellbeing in a Digitalised World.”
Throughout several days of collaborative sessions, participants worked in international teams to explore how digital transformation can enhance—not compromise—wellbeing in learning and work environments. They examined the balance between connectivity, personal growth, and social inclusion within the VET ecosystem.
On the final day, youth participants took the stage to present their innovative ideas and proposals, sharing concrete, creative approaches to support wellbeing in digital education. Their contributions reflected the energy, insight, and commitment of the next generation shaping the future of VET.
