As the EmpowerAI project moves into its final stages, its mission to make Artificial Intelligence (AI) accessible and practical for women entrepreneurs and VET educators is becoming a reality.
After two years of collaboration among partners from Ireland, Spain, Greece, Italy, and Finland, EmpowerAI’s key results — the Online Training Course and the AI Compendium-Database — are now fully available and being tested across partner countries.
The piloting phase, running from August to October 2025, engages female entrepreneurs and vocational teachers in exploring how AI can support their work, boost innovation, and increase confidence in using digital tools. Participants are discovering how AI can simplify everyday business operations, improve communication, and spark creativity — without requiring a technical background.
Feedback from these sessions is already proving invaluable, helping partners fine-tune the materials and ensure they truly respond to real-world needs. Early responses highlight the clarity, practicality, and inspiration the EmpowerAI course provides, bridging the gap between technology and human potential.
Beyond its training resources, EmpowerAI continues to raise awareness about the importance of digital inclusion and gender equality in the AI era. Its open-access materials encourage continuous learning and serve as a valuable resource for both entrepreneurs and educators eager to stay digitally resilient in a rapidly evolving world.
The project will conclude in November 2025, but its impact will continue — through accessible learning tools, inspiring success stories, and a growing community of empowered women ready to shape the digital future.
