Enrique Blanco is an accomplished projects and communications professional, passionate about driving positive change through skills development, capacity-building, and multilateral partnerships. His genuine vocation to service allows him to connect with people, work with cross-functional teams, and lead complex intrapreneurial projects.

He promotes sustainable development within local and regional contexts by specializing in digital transformation, green transition, and entrepreneurship—a featured speaker at the Skills Experts’ Meeting 2022 organized by ITCILO and ETF. He contributed to two UNESCO publications related to green and digital skills for hospitality and tourism and innovation and learning practices in TVET.

He is a proud alumnus of the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. Enrique also holds certificates from the International Labour Organization and UNESCO-UNEVOC, highlighting his commitment to promoting skills/employment development and the TVET ecosystem.
