Wednesday 18 March – Arrival, welcome reception with local authorities, and networking dinner.

Thursday 19 March – Keynote sessions, working meetings, marketplace, and gala dinner in a traditional Masseria.

Friday 20 March – Plenary session, annual workplan discussion, benchmarking activities, and networking.

Saturday 21 March – Transfer to Bari, optional guided tour, and farewell lunch overlooking the sea.
