EfVET Member, TKNIKA – Basque Center of Research and Applied Innovation of VET, is organizing their Open Days 2025 and VET Summit 2025, a vocational education and training summit. The topic of this year is: “Keys to a Global, Digital, Inclusive and Sustainable future”.

The summit brings together experts to explore the opportunities technology give us to shape a more equitable and resilient world. It highlights the importance of inclusivity, ensuring that no one is left behind. Discussions will be centred on innovation with a focus to sustainability, global collaboration, and inclusivity. 

On April 8, the event will kick off with a visit to the headquarters of TKNIKA.

On April 9, the “Vocational Education and Training Summit 2025” will take place at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, featuring experts from various countries who will discuss the key transitions Europe is undergoing—primarily the green and digital transitions—under the theme “Keys to a Global, Digital, Inclusive, and Sustainable Future.” In the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to visit vocational training centers in Bizkaia. 

On April 10, the event will conclude with a European Projects dissemination day session at the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao, where the best practices will be shared, fostering collaboration within the Erasmus+ KA2 community.
