The V2V-IDEA partnership met online for its Steering Committee meeting to review progress, coordinate next steps and reinforce collaboration across all work packages.
The meeting opened with a concise overview of recent developments, framing a results-oriented discussion on upcoming deliverables. Under WP1, partners confirmed the final arrangements for the Kick-Off Meeting in Alba and formally acknowledged the appointment of the project’s External Evaluator, marking an important governance milestone.
Within WP2, partners reported on progress in developing the Repository and Glossary and reviewed logistical and strategic preparations for the forthcoming Study Visits to Budva and Sarajevo. A strong emphasis was placed on stakeholder engagement, particularly with EU Delegations and Erasmus+ Offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania, to ensure institutional alignment and maximise impact. Preparations for the professional visit to Ljubljana were also examined to ensure clear objectives and added value for participants.
Discussions under WP3 and WP4 centred on forward planning for two flagship initiatives: the Expert Training of Trainers in Alba, provisionally scheduled for October 2026, and the 2026 Skills Competitions in Albania. Both milestones are positioned as strategic levers to reinforce vocational excellence and regional cooperation.
Under WP5, EfVET led the coordination on communication and dissemination. Partners aligned on the project’s visual identity, website updates and the obligation to ensure consistent representation of V2V-IDEA across all partner platforms. EfVET presented the first draft of the Communication and Dissemination Framework, outlining strategic priorities, core tools and reporting mechanisms to secure coherent outreach and measurable visibility.
The meeting concluded with a clear commitment from all partners to deliver tangible results, consolidate regional collaboration and ensure that V2V-IDEA drives sustainable improvement in vocational education and training systems. The partnership remains focused on implementation, impact and long-term value creation.
