We are pleased to announce that recently the IUS Lifelong Learning Center-IUS Life successfully hosted a professional practice program (Job Shadowing), for teachers from VET schools from Italy.
During this enriching week, we had the pleasure of welcoming dedicated teachers from the vocational schools IIS Giuseppe Greggiati (Ostiglia) and ITG Marinoni (Udine) from the Republic of Italy. The program enabled a dynamic exchange of knowledge, experiences, and good practices, providing valuable insights into teaching methodologies, institutional practices, and opportunities for future cooperation.
Participants took part in a series of interactive workshops, including Exploring Conflict Styles and Strategies, Embedding Sustainability in Education, Inclusive Education, Spice Up Your Classes with Social Media, and Growing Together: How Peer Feedback and Self-Reflection Improve Teaching Practices. These sessions encouraged discussion, reflection, and the sharing of practical approaches to teaching and learning.
In addition to the professional program, our guests also had the opportunity to explore Sarajevo and learn more about the city’s rich history and cultural heritage.
