Supporting Skills and Inclusion through EN-AI-BLE

Creating new opportunities for vocational learning and employment for people with intellectual difficulties

Access to vocational education and employment remains a major challenge for many people with intellectual difficulties across Europe. Limited access to adapted training, lack of inclusive learning environments, and barriers in the labour market continue to reduce opportunities for participation and professional development.

The Erasmus+ project EN-AI-BLE aims to respond to these challenges through an innovative and inclusive approach to vocational education and training. The project brings together organisations from different European countries with expertise in digital education, inclusion, vocational training, and labour market integration.

An AI-supported learning ecosystem

At the centre of the project is the development of an AI-supported learning ecosystem focused on the electronics sector. EN-AI-BLE combines adaptive technologies, accessible digital tools, gamified learning, and practical vocational training to create more engaging and personalised learning experiences.

The project will develop an AI-powered learning platform, interactive educational tools, training materials, and self-assessment systems that allow learners to progress at their own pace while receiving personalised feedback and support.

Supporting learners and educators

EN-AI-BLE does not focus only on learners. The project also supports VET educators and trainers by providing guidance, methodologies, and practical tools for delivering more inclusive and effective training.

A Best Practices Handbook and a Trainers’ Toolkit will help organisations adopt inclusive approaches and integrate AI-supported learning methods into vocational education.

Skills recognition and labour market inclusion

A key aspect of the project is the promotion of micro-credentials and skills recognition. EN-AI-BLE aims to support learners in validating the competences they acquire during training, helping improve employability and access to the labour market.

Through collaboration with VET providers, policymakers, disability organisations, and industry stakeholders, the project contributes to a more accessible, flexible, and future-oriented vocational education system in Europe.
