Supporting Inclusive Vocational Education with the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook

Discover how the EN-AI-BLE project is supporting more inclusive vocational education through AI and explore its new Best Practices Handbook, featuring practical examples and inspiring initiatives from across Europe.

Creating inclusive vocational education systems means ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to develop skills, participate fully in training and access meaningful employment. Achieving this requires collaboration, innovative teaching approaches and the sharing of successful practices across Europe.

This is the vision behind EN-AI-BLE, an Erasmus+ project that brings together organisations from different European countries to improve learning opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities through the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Throughout the project, the partnership will develop an AI-powered learning platform, a gamified educational tool, a micro-credential framework and practical resources to support VET providers, educators, trainers and employers in building more accessible and inclusive learning environments.

One of the project’s first key achievements is the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook. The publication brings together inspiring examples of inclusive vocational education, innovative teaching methodologies and initiatives that successfully support the participation of people with intellectual disabilities in education, training and employment.

Rather than presenting theoretical concepts, the Handbook offers practical ideas, tested approaches and transferable practices that can be adapted by VET providers, trainers, organisations and other professionals working in the field. It also provides the foundation for the next stages of the project, supporting the development of the EN-AI-BLE learning platform and other educational resources.

Whether you are looking for practical examples, innovative teaching approaches or new ideas to make vocational education more inclusive, the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook offers valuable insights from across Europe. We encourage you to explore it, use it in your own practice and share it with colleagues who are committed to inclusive education and training.
