The AEROFUSE project addresses critical challenges in the aeronautics and upstream sectors, including a transformative shift driven by digitalization and sustainability imperatives, a widening skills gap, and evolving demographic and geopolitical landscapes. This initiative aims to create innovative education and training ecosystems that align with the sector’s future occupational profiles. AEROFUSE builds on the expertise of successful sectoral alliances like ASSETS+, SpaceSUITE, ASTRAIOS and Skill-UP, engaging 25 partners from 11 countries across academia, industry, and governance (last year’s numbers). Through skills intelligence, innovative curricula, and knowledge transfer initiatives, AEROFUSE will empower the aerospace sector to thrive in a competitive and sustainable future.
