Academia International Staff Week 2025

Academia is organizing the Academia International Staff Week 2025 – This year’s focus on “Innovative Teaching Methodologies” offers a hands-on experience for educators to engage with modern pedagogical approaches, such as Flipped Classroom, Project-Based Learning, Gamification, and more. Participants will take part in interactive lectures, workshops, and collaborative pilot teaching sessions designed to translate theory into practice.

• Learning: Engage in thought-provoking lectures and hands-on workshops covering key innovative teaching methods, such as: 
• Applying: Put innovative teaching methods into practice by delivering one 45-minute guest lecture for Academia’s students and observing (at least) one colleague’s lecture.   
• Knowledge Sharing: Give and receive constructive feedback from peers and experts to refine teaching approaches and enhance future applications.
