Odyssea is a Greek non-profit organisation founded in 2016 with the mission to empower vulnerable individuals by equipping them with vocational skills and employability tools needed to access meaningful work. Through a holistic and inclusive model, Odyssea provides free vocational training, life-skills development, career counselling, and job-matching services.
The organisation operates three major hubs: the Odyssea Academy in Athens (a 600m² hands-on training centre), the Youth Center in Thessaloniki (focused on youth activation and VET pathways), and the Athens Job Center (providing personalised employability services).
Since 2016, Odyssea has supported over 11,000 beneficiaries—45% of whom secured employment—through 500+ training courses, 4,600 employability services, and 3,000 livelihood opportunities, collaborating with over 500 employers. With strong digital tools and a team of 50 professionals, Odyssea delivers innovative VET initiatives that promote inclusion, labour integration, and youth empowerment.
