
EfVET invites all its members representatives to express their interest in joining the Projects Advisory Team (PAT) to support EfVET in assessing EU-funded project proposals.
The Projects Advisory Team (PAT) supports EfVET Secretariat in evaluating project proposals, providing technical and strategic advice, in line with the Board mandate and EfVET Strategic Plan, and ensuring coherent application of assessment criteria. PAT members act voluntarily according to the Projects guidelines.
Structure
The Projects Advisory Team is composed of 3 members, 2 of whom would preferably be Board members, in view of ensuring governance alignment, confidentiality, and institutional responsibility. The PAT is coordinated by the EfVET Secretariat and the PAT members serve a two-year mandate, renewable once.
Criteria
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in EU-funded projects, TVET, research, Quality Assurance, or dissemination activities.
- Ability to remain neutral and independent in evaluations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behaviour.
- Availability of 2–5 hours per month depending on workload.
