EfVET – European Forum for Technical and Vocational Education and Training has launched an open call for tenders for the development of the new EfVET Web Page with dynamic interface (WordPress CMS), including the following services:
- Private area managed directly by EfVET members.
- Maintenance and future technical support (webmastering).
- Secure and complete migration of data contained in the previous website to a new dedicated repository (cloud space, with up/download option).
- Responsive graphic layout/design for mobile and tablet devices.
- SEO optimization.
- Google Analytics plugin for website statistics.
- Free user training of the website Content Management System (in presence or online, >10 hours).
- Maintain the same domain/URL (www.efvet.org).
Main Goal of the Tender Process
To develop, maintain and technically assist in the creation of the new EfVET Website (Ref. number 25-109-01-MP) to act as the main online supporting tools for members and delegates.
The new EfVET Website will represent the main activities of the organization. The official launch of the websites is scheduled for January 2026.
EfVET’s Objectives & Needs
- Positioning EfVET as an influential and credible player in the VET ecosystem at European level (key objective of the communications strategy).
- Building an up-to-date, modern, new website with quality audio and video streaming, animations, attractive visuals, is clearly part of this process.
- The new website is intended as an user-friendly platform for members and general audience, where they can have their own self-organised space with the ability to easily access their activities.
- The website should reflect our brand identity, be easy to navigate, optimized for search engines, and comply with GDPR/EU Regulations.
- Ability to manage files, news, publications directly on the website and without support of a paid cloud or external platforms.
Proposal Submission
Interested providers should submit a proposal that includes the following:
- Company profile and experience.
- Portfolio of similar projects (non-profit sector).
- Detailed project plan and workflow timeline.
- Explain which tools will be used to follow-up the process and show the first versions/gather feedback.
- Detailed cost breakdown.
- Technical specifications as indicated in the full call for tender.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Experience and qualifications.
- Quality and efficiency of previous work.
- Understanding of project requirements/organization needs.
- Proposed timeline and total cost.
- Evidence of previous customers’ satisfaction.
Submission Deadline
- Tenders must be sent before 26th January, 2025 (EOD).
