The EfVET Annual Conference 2025 is set to take place in Fatima, Portugal, from 22 to 25 October 2025, bringing together educators, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the future of vocational education and training (VET). This year’s theme, “Wellbeing in a Digitalised World – Crafting the Future of VET 2035,” highlights the intersection of digital transformation and wellbeing in educational and professional settings.
Submit Your Workshop Proposal
Open to contributions focusing on digital transformation and its impact on the wellbeing of learners, teachers, and managers within vocational schools, colleges, and universities of applied sciences. The growing integration of artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and remote work requires a re-evaluation of how wellbeing is embedded within work-based learning models and working conditions.
Key topics include:
✔️ Mental health
✔️ Social-emotional learning (SEL)
✔️ Work-life balance
✔️ Psychological effects of technology in learning and workplace environments.
The workshops will offer an opportunity for knowledge sharing and capacity allowing participants to develop new training tools, methods, programmes and projects. In terms of workshop management, interactive and engaging approaches (teamwork, role play, and learning by doing) will be prioritized.
