Digital Individual Learning Accounts in V4
Digital Individual Learning Accounts in the Visegrad Countries (D-ILA in V4) is an Erasmus+ project implemented in the V4 region by Governmental Information-Technology Development Agency (HU), the National Training Fund (CZ), SGH Warsaw School of Economics (PL) and the State Vocational Education Institute (SK).
The project aims at developing and testing a data model to support personalised training of adults in soft skills, as a support mechanism for the schemes of Individual Learning Accounts. The data model will be optimized for using AI for matching learner data and training offers.
A feasibility study developed by the project will map the EU theory and practice on funding personalised training and help to build the data model. Artificial intelligence will be trained in order to support quality matching of potential learners with trainings available. The project involves sharing knowledge and information between partner organisations and stakeholders on the design and implementation of Individual Learning Accounts schemes by national institutions or companies in EU countries and beyond.
