The 2025 EfVET Tourism Thematic Team (TTT) annual event took place this year at SEPR’s Gastronomic School in Annonay, France. With the title “Local Wonders: Discovering Rural Practices”, speakers, key stakeholders, more than 60 delegates and participants met in SEPR’s gastronomic school, which has a sustainable rural tourism model.

- Recommendations for VET development in the context of the European Union of Skills, with a perspective on the Tourism sector.

- Defining competencies and qualifications: Collaborative panels between VET providers and social partners so shape future competencies and qualifications.
- Reinforcing European cooperation in Vocational Education and Training.
- Exchange of best practices to strengthen cooperation among participants.
