Bienvivance in Education for Regenerative Education and Inclusive Excellence

Education systems are increasingly called to do more than respond to challenges — they must help people, communities and ecosystems thrive.

This webinar will introduce Bienvivance (BVV) as an emerging paradigm for advancing regenerative education and inclusive excellence, moving beyond deficit-based and performance-driven models towards educational ecosystems that cultivate agency, interconnectedness and human potential.

Grounded in seven pillars – vitality, meaning, values, emotional capital, inclusive excellence, consciousness maturity and capacitating leadership – BVV connects inner development with wider systemic transformation.

👉 How can education move from resilience to regeneration?
👉 How can we unlock inclusive excellence without wasting human capabilities?

Join Professor Bénédicte Gendron from the University of Montpellier Paul-Valéry, founder of the Bienvivance paradigm and of the concept of Emotional Capital, for the next webinar of the Inclusive Vocational Excellence & Wellbeing Working Group, promoted by EfVET in collaboration with WERA, IDG and Karanga.

The session will be moderated by Professor Michael T. Nettles, Chair of Predictive Analytics and Psychometrics at Morgan State University, bringing his extensive expertise in educational equity, assessment, public policy and student achievement.

Together, we will explore how Bienvivance can support more regenerative, inclusive and human-centred education systems – where learners, educators and institutions can truly “flowrish”.
