📍 Brussels, Belgium | 🗓️ October 21–23, 2026
The EfVET Youth Forum is a flagship initiative launched at the EfVET Conference 2024, designed to foster international collaboration among Vocational Education and Training (VET) students. After two successful editions, EfVET is proud to present the Youth Forum 2026, themed Global Citizenship Empowered by VET, running in parallel with the EfVET Conference 2026 in Brussels.
Over three days, participating students will take part in a themed competition, visit European Institutions, engage in dedicated workshops, and connect with peers from Training Centres across Europe. Teachers and trainers will also benefit from parallel sessions designed for them. The Forum culminates in a final Youth Forum Panel, where students pitch the results of their work to the full EfVET Conference audience, followed by an awards ceremony featuring a high-level representative from the European Commission.
Programme highlights:
Who can participate: Students who are enrolled in VET courses, aged between 18 and 26, and have a good command of English (B2 level – CEFR), as all Forum activities are conducted in English.
Participation and fees: The Youth Forum is open to Training Centres already registered and paid for EfVET Conference 2026. The participation fee is €300 per student, covering Forum activities, shared sessions with the Conference (including the Gala Dinner), and meals at the main venue. Accommodation and travel are arranged by the participating organisations; Erasmus+ KA1 funding may be used to help cover costs, given the competition element of the Forum.
Application deadline: September 4th, 2026 (17:00 CET)
