Celebrated annually on 15 July, World Youth Skills Day (WYSD), organised by UNESCO-UNEVOC, aims at raising awareness of the importance of empowering the youth with key skills. To mark its 10th anniversary, this year is focused on “Youth empowerment through AI and digital skills”.

World Youth Skills Day 2025 serves as a call to action to invest in an inclusive and forward-looking VET system that leverages AI responsibly. Through cooperation, such as the partnership between EfVET and UNEVOC, we can ensure that digital innovation contributes to a more equitable, adaptable, and resilient learning environment.
