“Good Food is Good Mood” project has its third meeting!
Good Food is Good Mood, an Erasmus+ KA 2 VET partnership, coordinated by Training CES, from North Macedonia, and including VET providers from Italy (EGINA) and Portugal (INSIGNARE), held its third meeting last November.
This project aims:
- To improve the employability of Pastry students.
- To strengthen key competencies in VET curriculum in the catering industry and ensuring effective opportunities for acquiring or developing these skills through I-VET and C-VET.
- To improve access to training and gaining qualifications for all, through C-VET, in terms of lifelong learning.
- To improve the transparency of skills and qualifications of pastry chefs, implementing a dual training approach.
During the event held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the partners discussed mostly the preparation of Intellectual Output 3 – “Policy recommendations for improving the standards for Pastry cook and cook”, as the students’ mobilities foreseen are still on hold.
The first two Intellectual Outputs, “It’s Cake O’ Clock” and “Live, Love, Cook” have already been written, so they are now being graphically edited for publishing.
