On the 28th and 29th of November 2017, it took place the kick-off meeting of LOST (Learning Opportunities, InStruments and InvestigationTechniques to fight the growing phenomenon of missing people in Europe) new European project, within the framework of the Erasmus + Strategic Partnership programme. The meeting was hosted by the Coordinator (Consorzio Pubblico Sociata della Salute Zona Pisana) of the project in Pisa, Italy. The partnership is composed by 8 different organization from 6 EU countries. Stay tuned for the next updates!!
The objective of LOST project is an improving the competences of the trainers and of the operators of the sector (police, health, voluntary organisations, etc) in the key first investigation phase with aim of increasing the percentage of people found. Also, developing a new model that can be easily transferred in any EU country by using innovative and open ICT tool and as well increasing knowledge and awareness among social groups and communities of social society with the cooperation of Local Public entities.
