CINOP is a Dutch expertise organization committed to improving education, lifelong learning, and skills development at all levels. With more than 60 years of experience, CINOP supports educational institutions, governments, and companies through research, policy advice, capacity building, and project management. The organization focuses on innovation in vocational education and training (VET), inclusion, digitalization, and sustainable employability.

CINOP is home to two nationally recognized centers of expertise: ECIO (Expert Centre on Inclusive Education), which promotes accessibility and equal opportunities in education for students with disabilities and diverse learning needs, and ECBO (Expert Centre for Vocational Education and Training Research), which conducts research on learning, competence development, and VET systems in the Netherlands and internationally.

Through active participation in European networks and projects, CINOP contributes to strengthening the quality, relevance, and inclusiveness of VET across Europe, aligning learning with the changing needs of individuals, the labor market, and society.
