Integrated Cloud Technologies (ICT) accelerates competence-based education (CBE) transformation through digital competency architecture. ICT supports VET and higher education institutions in redesigning programmes around learning outcomes and skills, improving assessment, and strengthening work-based learning and dual education. ICT also helps institutions align curricula with ESCO and Europass, making learning records more consistent, portable, and easier to review, recognise, and transfer. ICT combines practical digital tools with hands-on support for curriculum design, skills mapping, interoperability, and implementation. ICT is well suited to Erasmus+ and Horizon projects focused on CBE reform, digital education, micro-credentials, skills portability, employability, and VET modernisation.
