The education consortium as a provider of training and development services The Central Ostrobothnia Education Association is a multidisciplinary and actively developing educational organization that organizes secondary vocational basic and further education, preparatory education, apprenticeship training and folk high school education. The education association is also an active developer of the region and its industries, working in cooperation with the region’s municipalities, business and other education and development actors.
