These days we’re taking part in the EfVET Tourism Thematic Team Annual Event 2024 in Seinäjoki, Finland organised by Sedu Seinäjoen koulutuskuntayhtymä. The Tourism Thematic Team event gathered participants from 12 different countries.

The Tourism Thematic Team Conference facilitates international collaboration, roundtable discussions, and workshops. EfVET Executive Director Paolo Nardi welcoming guest and keynote speakers share the story, presented the tourism in Finland and other speakers.

The diverse opportunities in nature tourism in Finnish northern country were strongly highlighted and a lot of excellent ideas were developed in the workshops for improving the working group activities and professional training.

We archieved a lot during this annual event: new ideas on colloboration in different ways, enlarged the network, and activated Corners in Teams for teachers, International coordinators and directors.

Also, the students from different fields of SEDU got to show their skills in organising the successful event. The experiential event included among other culture things like show skiing, music, food experience, music and Finnish ice sauna.

We had successful three days! EfVET Tourism Thematic Team continued its development activities and made plans for the future.
