Regenerative Leadership in Practice: Learning to Lead Inclusive Organisational Change

Fit for the Future partners meet in Leipzig to strengthen future-ready approaches for organisations and professionals through training.

From 30 June to 1 July 2026, the Erasmus+ project Fit for the Future partnership gathered in Leipzig, Germany, for a Transnational Training Activity hosted by Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft gemeinnützige GmbH. The training focused on regenerative leadership, systems thinking, and inclusive organisational transformation.

Participants explored key themes including diversity, equity and inclusion, bias awareness, inclusive decision-making, leadership in complexity, and impact measurement, through an interactive mix of reflection, group work, and practical tools.

Eurosuccess Consulting developed and presented Module 6: Co-Creating and Leading Transformational Change, encouraging participants to reflect on designing change collaboratively with different stakeholders.

The experience will directly inform Eurosuccess’s national workshops in Cyprus this October, helping professionals apply regenerative leadership principles to respond to complexity and drive lasting impact.

The Leipzig training showed that regenerative leadership is a practical approach, not just theory, helping organisations rethink collaboration, decision-making, and impact. It also created a valuable space for professionals to exchange ideas, try out new approaches, and connect European priorities with real organisational change.

Overall, Fit for the Future shows how European cooperation can transform shared learning into practical steps towards more inclusive, resilient, and future-ready organisations.
