250 IVET Learners and 50 Trainers are the beneficiaries of the Erasmus KA1 Mobility Project SPORTELLO EUROPA 3, whose promoter is the Italian VET Association Scuola Centrale Formazione.
This is the 3rd mobility project financed in the framework of the VET Mobility Charter, assigned to SCF in 2015.
In these last 3 years, the Charter has permitted to SCF a structured planning of the learning mobility activities, promoting an integrated approach and including the mobility experience within the formal learning pathway.
The Erasmus + program ensures the coverage of travel costs and subsistence for all participants. Learners will participate in a training program in a Company, in the fields of mechanics, electricity, graphics, thermo-hydraulics, cooking and catering, bakery and pastry, wellness, sales and administration.
SCF has promoted in these years an aware planning of the mobility activities within its associated VET schools, trying to answer to the specific learning needs also in relationship with: age of young learners, nature of the mobility experience, nature of the learning outcomes to be acquired, already belonged abilities of the learners.
For this purposes training internships are planned using the GORES model, a supporting method for the application of the ECVET framework (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) to the mobility experiences. This device allows not only the definition of a suitable training program, but also the enhancement of learning outcomes and then the evaluation and recognition of the experience once back to Italy.
GORES is also an Online Platform which helps coordinators and tutors of mobility of the sending and host countries to share logistic and contents of every mobility flow. The Platform helps in identifying learning outcomes and it produces automatically ECVET tools (Learning Agreement).
