Javier Serrano Castilla has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Granada, and an MBA from the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid. Since 2004 he has been a Business Administration teacher at a Vocational Training School, carrying out his teaching activity in the town of Motril (Granada, Andalusia).
Along with teaching, he helps prepare future teachers to pass the public service entrance exams since 2025.
He make the above compatible with his role as member of Andalusia of the FPEmpresa Association of Spain where he works to create networks between vocational training centers, companies and institutions.
