📣 7th of April – Today, we celebrate the #WorldHealthDay25 a global campaign that draws attention to a specific health topic of concern to people all over the world. The year-long campaign, titled “Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures”, urges governments, organizations and the health community to ramp up efforts to end preventable maternal and newborn deaths, and to prioritize women’s longer-term health and #WellBeing. Read more here.
Several EfVET members have been active in the health sector for many years and keep training the future generations of workers. EfVET is also very close to the multifaceted dimensions of wellbeing, in training as well as at workplace. Â

- The Inclusive Vocational Excellence and Wellbeing Working Group gathers more than 470 experts monthly active in webinars that explore the best practices in several areas including gender issues.  Â
- A special focus on gender equality is constantly paid to by the Gender Equality Task Force, in collaboration with EARLALL and EAEA. Â
Sylvia Liuti, EfVET Italian Board member and gender equality expert declared “On the World Health Day 2025 EfVET supports the investment on women and especially mothers’ health and wellbeing, as a preventive measure to ensure children and the society thriving and happiness. As educational community we strike for a fairer and more equal environment where all women can feel not discriminated and better valued.”, highlighting EfVET’s work regarding gender equality.Â
