COVE Training Program: E+ KA2 Precove Crossborder E-commerce toChina (CE2C) project
The COVE Training Programme, developed under the Erasmus+ KA2 PRECOVE – Cross-border E-commerce to China (CE2C) project, will take place online on 23–24 February 2026.
This two-day training is designed to strengthen strategic and operational capacity around Centres of Vocational Excellence (COVEs), with a concrete application to cross-border e-commerce with China.
Key focus areas include:
- Understanding the COVE concept and its strategic role in European VET
- Strategic planning for COVE setup and long-term sustainability
- Funding opportunities and competitive proposal writing
- Project execution, monitoring, and innovation embedding
- Case study: applying the COVE model to CE2C – Cross-border E-commerce to China
